Negotiation Simulation
An assigned public sample with its own conversation and scored debrief.
REAL-WORLD SIMULATIONS
A difficult conversation. A negotiation. A decision under pressure. Step into the situation with Ren, respond in your own words and see what your approach reveals.
Start with a short simulation and a glimpse of your score. Account registration required.
HOW IT WORKS
Ren plays the other side. You practise the response, not the answer you think a questionnaire wants.
Choose what you want to practise. Give Ren the context it needs to set a relevant scenario.
Respond as yourself while Ren stays in character. Work through questions, resistance and decisions as they arise.
Full simulations produce a scored debrief: observations supported by your responses, dimensions of performance and specific points to practise.
SEE THE EXPERIENCE
Read a completed example and the conversation behind it. See how what was said connects to the assessment.

It is an interactive role-play. Ren takes a counterpart's role and you respond in your own words. The debrief looks at what you did during that situation, not just what you say you would do.
The score reflects the performance shown in that attempt against the simulation's rubric. Dimensions and scoring weights depend on the product. It is a starting point for reflection, not a prediction of success or a basis for employment decisions.
No. Scenarios may use fictional counterparts. Where a simulation uses a real organisation, Ren asks you to confirm the entity before using its public information. A simulated conversation does not represent that organisation's actual views.
The short Saying No experience gives you a glimpse of your score. It is a separate free experience, not the full paid simulation debrief. You register an account to start.
