Our methodology

Frameworks paired to close known gaps

Every published framework has known limits. We mapped the leading frameworks, found where each one falls short, and paired it with another that covers the gap. Every report names its frameworks and the dimensions each one grounds.

Strengths AssessmentThe behavioural interview finds your strengths. Research on overused strengths shows what they cost.

Where It Costs

Your score · 44
90For each top strength, the cost-side is named specifically and owned. Subject can describe concrete moments where overplay produced damage — and the watch-signal that surfaces the pattern next time.
70Cost-side is acknowledged for most strengths with at least one specific example. Watch-signals are partial.
50Cost-side is recognised abstractly. Subject knows that overplay exists but cannot point to specific instances or signals.
30YOUR BANDCost-side is largely unexamined. Strengths are described as net-positive with no real watch.
10Subject does not engage with the cost-side. Strengths are claimed as uncomplicated.

See why every score was given

Participants see the behaviour that earned their score, and what the next band up looks like. You can check every figure by hand and explain any result in a debrief.

From a sample Strengths Profile. Each band reflects the whole conversation, never the best single moment.

41 languages

Assessed in their first language

People explain themselves best in the language they think in. With Renatus, a participant takes the assessment and reads the results in their native language, whilst you review them in yours. You can review a group that speaks many languages at once.

Questions

Questions Questions

Can participants game the assessment?

There are no options to choose from, so there is no expected answer to guess. Ren asks for specific situations and follows up until it has the detail. General claims without an example score in the lower bands. In the Strengths Profile, someone who shows only their successes scores lower, because one dimension scores what a strength has cost them.
