Student founders and hackathon teams get one shot in front of the judges. The idea that sounded strong in the team room falls apart on a market question nobody sourced, a customer claim nobody tested, or a follow-up question nobody rehearsed. This program prepares them through five Renatus rooms, built in the order a judged pitch is built: the opportunity tested, the customers interviewed, the plan written, the sixty-second pitch rehearsed against someone who interrupts, and the panel questions rehearsed against an audience that pushes back. Ren builds every room from the team's own idea and plays every person in it.
Find out whether the idea is worth the coming weeks, and name the assumption most likely to break it.
Learn whether customers confirm the problem the idea is built on, from evidence rather than opinion.
Write a plan the judges cannot take apart on the market, the revenue model or the numbers.
Deliver the pitch in sixty seconds to someone who interrupts, then hold the argument against a panel that pushes back.
