Ren puts the questions one at a time: the venture, your financial runway, what you are giving up, who is behind you, your honest risk tolerance, what the venture needs that you have or lack, and your real motivation.
Calibration: role title, the venture's stage (early idea, pre-MVP, early product, or an established product moving into a new segment), industry, and a line of working context.
Set-up: your role or perspective, the broad industry, the specific sub-sector, the geographic region, and the specific countries.
Set-up: what the business does, who it serves and its stage, how it creates, delivers and captures value, how well the offer fits what customers need, what the offer delivers, who the customer is, and where the model is vulnerable.
Set-up: what is being positioned, what buyers consider instead, what this has that the alternatives do not, why those attributes matter, who values them most, and the category to claim.
Set-up: what the business does, its stage and traction, the problem and the solution, the market opportunity, how money comes in, how customers are reached, the team, the financials, and the key risks and mitigations.
Most early-stage founders spend months building on an idea nobody has tested, a market nobody has sized, and a business model nobody has priced against reality, then discover all three gaps at once in front of an investor. This program closes them first. Ren reads the founder's own readiness, plays the customer in a discovery interview, researches the market from named sources, and then guides the founder section by section through the business model, the market position and the plan itself, pressing on every vague answer until it becomes a fact.

Learn whether customers confirm the problem the venture is built on, from evidence rather than opinion.
Replace the founder's assumptions about the market with a sourced picture of it.
Test how the business creates, delivers and captures value, and name where it is exposed.
Land a position the market can place, against alternatives buyers use.
Pull the evidence from the first five weeks into a plan an investor could read.
