Renatus feedback runs on candor. Here is exactly what we do to make that safe.
When you give feedback through Renatus, four commitments protect you. They apply to every program, every report, every time.
The person receiving the report sees your responses attributed only by group — "a peer," "a direct report," "a manager" — never by individual. Even Renatus cannot map a quote back to you after the report is synthesized.
If fewer than three people in your group submit, your group's responses are folded into "other respondents" rather than shown separately. This protects you from being identifiable by elimination.
The report belongs to its recipient. They decide what, if anything, to share with anyone else. Your raw responses do not leave the secure environment.
If you change your mind, you can amend or remove your responses from the link in your invitation email. After 48 hours, responses are anonymized at source and can no longer be retrieved or edited.
