Frontline staff meet the customers who matter without warning: the one who wants to know exactly what the product does, the one who is only looking, the one at the till with a card out, the one who is angry about a refund, and the one who wants something the business cannot give. Each decides in a minute whether they come back, and a new starter learns from whoever happens to walk in. This program prepares staff through simulation. Ren builds each scene from the team member's real role, shop or contact centre and experience, and plays the customer in it, so every conversation is new and moves with what the team member says.

Make one specific second offer at the right moment, say what it does for the customer, and stop on the first no
Decline a customer request the business cannot meet with a clear no, a true reason and an alternative, and keep the customer.
