Who it's for
Sales reps at every level, from BDRs to enterprise reps, and the account managers who hold the renewal, on a team that hears the same objections and answers them differently.

- An objection log that gains one approved answer a week, each checked against the team's own manual
- A trajectory across every attempt, and for the manager a Ren summary of each rep and a team report
- Scored against published frameworks: principled negotiation (BATNA and ZOPA), anchoring and concession theory, enterprise deal qualification and consultative question sequencing
Program contents

- Finding the real problem · Negotiating the price — Sales Discovery · Negotiation
- Securing commitment · Saving the renewal — Closing and Commitment · Renewal and Save Call

Why this program exists
A sales rep hears "we already have someone" on a live call, with a real prospect on the line and no time to think. The rep who handles price best has never written down what they say, and an untrue product claim goes uncorrected in the pipeline review. This program prepares reps through simulation. Ren builds each scene from the rep's real role, level, sector and product, and plays the buyer in it, so every room is new and moves with each answer the rep gives.
What you'll achieve
- Rehearsal of the six moments where an objection decides a deal, as often as they want it: the objection, the product question, the symptom that is not the problem, the price that is a negotiation, the buyer who will not commit, and the customer who is leaving
- A scored report after every room: each dimension with the moment that earned its score, strengths, development areas, blind spots where the evidence shows them, and one recommended focus
- Unlimited attempts at every room, each a different buyer calibrated to their current role, scored on the same dimensions and charted against every attempt before it
At a glance
- Who it's for
- Sales teams that hear the same objections and answer them differently: inside sales, field sales, account management, and founders with their first reps. Every room calibrates to sales role or tenure, so one team can hold a BDR in their first month, an enterprise rep with a twelve-month cycle and the account managers who hold the renewal. It is assigned by the sales manager or an enablement lead; the **Manager** lines in this guide are written for whoever that is. It assumes reps already know their product, and rehearses the moment the product is questioned.
