Why this program exists
Sales, support and success teams meet a launch's customers before they have said the message out loud even once. Product marketing writes the positioning; the rest of the team is expected to find who needs it, say it in a sentence, demonstrate it around what a customer cares about, defend it when the price or the timing is challenged, and offer it to the customers they already have, all inside the first weeks it is live. This program prepares them through simulation. Ren builds every scene from the person's role and the launch material attached to the program, and plays the prospect, the customer or the stakeholder they meet, adjusting to what is said.
What you'll achieve
- Rehearsal of the full arc of taking the launch to market: finding who needs it, saying it, showing it, defending it against pushback, and offering it to an existing customer, as often as they want before a real customer meets it
- A scored report after every room: each dimension with the moment that earned its score, what worked, the risk signals, strengths, development areas, blind spots where the evidence shows them, and one recommended focus with a first step for this week and a signal to check in thirty days
- Unlimited attempts at every room, each a different scene calibrated to their current role, scored on the same dimensions and charted against every attempt before it, through this launch and the next
At a glance
- Who it's for
- The whole go-to-market team for one launch: sales and business development reps, customer success and support leads, product marketing, and anyone who will demo the product. Every simulation calibrates to role, product tenure or experience, so one team can include a new SDR and a senior product marketer and each meets a scene built for their level. It assumes the launch material exists in some form: a messaging document, a price, a competitor view, and what the product does not do yet.
