Hearing Preparation
Simulation
Setup: their role as a party or witness, the side or position they are rehearsing, the forum (an internal review, or "other"), the challenge level (measured, firm or highly challenging), the sector or context, a brief description of the matter and their role, the designated case files and the confirmed contention map, and the account, event or document to rehearse.
Why this program exists
Advisers carry a client's money and a client's trust into a room where the client wants a product that does not fit, a couple disagree in front of them, a fee objection lands before value has been shown, or a recommendation carries a commission nobody has mentioned. This program prepares them through simulation. Ren builds each scene from the adviser's real role, level, specialism and regulatory jurisdiction, and plays every person in it, so every client is new and the scene turns on what the adviser decides.
What you'll achieve
- Rehearsal of a full client scene, as often as they want it: the client who evades, the objection before value, the ethical line, the hard conversation, the file under review
- A scored report after every room: each dimension with the moment that earned its score, what worked, strengths, development areas, blind spots where the evidence shows them, and one recommended focus
- Unlimited attempts at every room, each a different scene calibrated to their current level and specialism, scored on the same dimensions and charted against every attempt before it, for as long as they are advising
- An account of a recommendation from the file, rehearsed before it counts
At a glance
- Who it's for
- Financial planners, investment advisers, mortgage brokers, insurance advisers and paraplanners in regulated firms, from paraplanner to principal. Every room calibrates to role, level, specialism and jurisdiction, so one cohort can include a paraplanner drafting under supervision and a principal who signs off other people's advice. It assumes participants already hold their qualifications and know the rules they work under. It rehearses the judgement those rules are applied with, and scores it the same way every time.

Session by session
1
Week 1: Suitability judgement · Regulatory knowledge
Establish how the adviser understands a client, tests a recommendation and handles the conflicts that ride with it
2
Week 2: Fee and product objections · Ethical judgement
Explore each objection before answering it, and answer truthfully against the firm's own material
3
Week 3: Candour under pressure · Accountability for advice
Tell a client no, or tell a principal about a conflict, clearly and with care, and agree what happens next
