The rooms
Prioritisation Pressure
Simulation
Calibration: role title, role (individual contributor, team lead, senior manager or executive), industry or sector and a brief description of your working context.
Role Clarity
Assessment
Set-up: your role title, then what you understand your role to own, what you understand it not to own, what you believe your peers own, the areas where ownership is unclear, the work that gets dropped because no one believes they own it, and the handoffs between roles that are breaking.
Saying No Simulation
Simulation
Calibration: your role title or relationship, the power dynamic (junior upward, peer, manager, senior or personal relationship), a brief description of the context, and your industry or sector.
Meeting Facilitation
Simulation
Calibration: role title, meeting type (stand-up, decision meeting, strategy session or difficult conversation forum), industry or sector and a brief description of your working context.
Execution Plan

You are the source.
Why this program exists
You are the person work waits for. Sign-offs queue behind you, and the piece of work that matters most goes home untouched again because three urgent things landed in the same hour and you took all three. Your team has capacity you are not using and decisions it has not been allowed to make. This program prepares you to change that through simulation, a team assessment and a written plan. Ren builds each scene from your real role, your level, your sector and your working context, and plays every person in it, so every scenario is new, adjusting according to each response.
What you'll achieve
- Rehearsal of the three moments that decide whether work leaves your desk: the urgent hour, the request you refuse, and the meeting where ownership moves
- A scored report after every simulation, with unlimited attempts: each dimension with the moment that earned its score, one recommended focus with a first step, and a trajectory across every attempt
- Your team's own account of who owns what, synthesised by Ren into one picture, and a one-page ownership list agreed in a real meeting
- An Execution Plan with a named owner on every item of the critical path and the first actions for the coming week
At a glance
- Who it's for
- Managers and team leads who do work their team could do: a team lead who approves everything, a department head whose decisions queue behind their calendar, a founder who still signs off every line. Every simulation calibrates to your role and level, so it serves a first-year manager and a director of ten years. It assumes a team of three or more, since Role Clarity synthesises once three have answered, and one piece of work you keep putting off.

Session by session
1
Week 1: Triage under pressure · Ownership across the team
Find out what you do when everything is urgent, and get your team's account of who owns what under way.
2
Week 2: Declining without damage
Refuse a request that should not land on you, with a reason the other person can repeat and an alternative that names who or when, and keep the relationship.
3
Week 3: Handing over ownership
Run the meeting where ownership moves, draw out the person about to inherit the most, and leave with every item owned.
4
Week 4: Planning with named owners
Turn the neglected goal and the agreed ownership into a plan your team can run without you in the middle of it.
